Ingredients:
2 oz (60 ml) Raicilla Maltraña
1 oz (30 ml) fresh lemon juice
1 oz (30 ml) pomegranate syrup
1 egg white
Ice
Pomegranate seeds and lemon slice to decorate (optional)
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, add the root, fresh lemon juice, pomegranate syrup, and egg white.
Fill the shaker with ice and close it properly.
Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to mix all the ingredients together for a smooth, frothy texture.
Then, uncover the cocktail shaker and strain the contents into a cocktail glass or pre-chilled cocktail glass.
If desired, garnish your Pomegranate Sour with a few pomegranate seeds sprinkled on top and a lemon wedge on the rim of the glass.
