Rootilla 100% of wild origin
Maltraña is made from wild Agave Maximiliana, collected by hand from the western Sierra Madre of Jalisco.
We have certification of wild organic agave from 12 to 16 years.
With only 35ppm, its flavor and crystalline body gives it a strong character, but with enough subtle flavor to convince the most demanding palates.
Harvested, processed and packaged at 1600 meters above mean sea level.
